Carrington Schaeffer is the Script and Story Supervisor for Hoptocopter™ Films. She also lends her voice as a voice over artist and appears in productions as acting talent.
In April 2014, I began working as the spokesperson for Appleton Clinics, a subscription-based alternative healthcare option located in Grand Junction that sidesteps both insurance and copays in favor of a low monthly fee.
When Appleton Clinics asked me to be a part of their commercial shoot with Hoptocopter™ Films, I was thrilled. In college, I was involved with theatre, but ever since graduating, I haven't had many outlets for performance. I have been involved in many video productions around Colorado in the ten years I've worked with Hoptocopter™ Films, but this shoot is close to my heart as I got to be myself with my own personality.
In fact, in between takes, I kept leaning over to Dr. Gustafson and asking, "Really? That's included? But what about..." As I look back on shooting, I laugh at how my reaction mirrored the script for the commercial.
